Mobile car diagnostics in Western Sydney
Warning light on? We come to you, read the fault codes and test the system behind them — so you fix the cause, not just the light.
Licensed repairer MVRL 60872 · Mon–Sat 8am–8pm · We come to you

Common reasons to call
- Check engine light on or flashing
- Battery or charging light
- ABS, airbag or hybrid system warnings
- Electrical faults that come and go
- Car running rough or losing power
- Warning light came back after being cleared
What a diagnostic visit includes
- Full fault-code scan of the car’s modules
- Live data checks while the engine runs
- Electrical testing of sensors and wiring
- Programming where your car supports it
- A clear explanation of what we found
- A quote for the repair before we start
A fault code is a starting point, not an answer
A code tells you which system has a problem, not always which part has failed. An oxygen sensor code, for example, can be caused by the sensor itself, its wiring, an exhaust leak or a fuel problem. That’s why we test before we replace: we read the codes, check live data with the engine running and test the circuit involved, then recommend the repair that fixes the cause.
Electrical and mechanical in one visit
Because we’re both auto electricians and mechanics, a warning light can usually be diagnosed and repaired in the same visit. See our mobile auto electrician service for electrical repairs.
What happens at a diagnostic visit
- We ask what the car is doing — when the light came on, any noises or changes in how it drives, and whether it comes and goes.
- We scan every module, not just the engine, and note the stored and pending fault codes.
- We check live data with the engine running to see what the sensors are actually reporting.
- We test the suspect circuit — the sensor, its wiring and its connections — to confirm the cause.
- We explain what we found and quote the repair before doing it. Many repairs can be done in the same visit.
Flashing check engine light?
A flashing light usually means a misfire that can damage the catalytic converter. Avoid driving it and call us.
Where we do it
We come to you anywhere across our 20 Western Sydney suburbs, including:
Can you scan any car?
We scan a wide range of makes and models. Tell us the make, model and year when you book and we’ll confirm.
Does a fault code tell you which part to replace?
Not always. Codes point to a system or condition, so we test further before calling a part faulty.
Can you clear the check engine light?
Yes, once the cause is fixed. Clearing a warning without fixing the fault isn’t a repair — it comes back.
Is it safe to drive with the check engine light on?
If it’s steady and the car drives normally, get it checked soon. If it’s flashing, or the car is losing power or overheating, stop driving and call us.
Do you come to me for diagnostics?
Yes. We bring the scan tools and test equipment to your home, work or the roadside across Western Sydney.
